WordPress accounced newest version, 2.6.3 on October 23. It is due to a vulnerability in Snoopy library. Snoopy is a PHP class that simulates a web browser. It automates the task of retrieving web page content. WordPress uses Snoopy to fetch feeds shown in the Dashboard. You can download two files and copy them over your 2.6.2 installation if you don’t want to download the whole release.
