I think if you overdue SEO in a short period of time Google will see it as spamming. Try and spread you our SEO campaign for the best results.
I couldn't agree more - Not only google, I once banned by Digg for digging my own sites a bit too much in a day.. LOL
@Admin: Lol, yea Digg is pretty crazy about that sort of stuff. Guess you gotta make mistakes before you can learn from them.
Overdoing SEO is definitely bad, but sadly its another thing that people don’t seem capable of grasping without seeing the bad effects themselves.
