Here, we want to learn on doing SEO on a website. For example, we want optimize the keyword “stock pick” on www.stockpickguide.com. Check the website, and see their source code. Here are things you can learn:

  • They use the keyword “stock pick” in the domain name
  • The title “Stock Pick Guide – stock investing tips for you” contains the keyword
  • The meta content, and meta description contains the keyword
  • You can see that the website has several “stock pick” keyword. Do not put too much keyword, because google can consider it as spam.
  • It has tag H1 for the keyword
  • It has backlink from other website using the title tag with targeted keyword
