TopEasyTips.com has just launched recently. It is a unique website which provides various tips. All article there started with ‘How To’. You can submit your article there and receive backlinks. They allow duplicate content so you don’t need to make a new article, just submit your old article and change the title to start with ‘How To’.

I still confused with how to get backlinks. I had tried to comment in many blogs, but when i check in backlinkwatch, the result I has not backlinks.
denny, If you want to get backlinks from blog commenting, be sure you comment on blogs that allow links in comments to have "dofollow" attribute.

The fact that they accept duplicate content, IMO sut waters down it’s effectiveness as an article directory.
Yeah - unfortunately that's the case... and avoiding duplicates are simply difficult tasks to do...

It is almost impossible to avoid duplicates though very annoying to sort them out. Still, the most annoying is all the spam and useless articles with meaningless content. Readers just don’t realise that!

I think that indeed because of the above reasons Article directories are a lot less powerful then they were a couple of years ago. I find the only article directory to be worth uploading too today is Ezine. But like Fernando said, it’s almost impossible to avoid duplicates especially now spinning articles has become very popular.
