Internal Pagerank is Pagerank of Internal pages of the website. Somtimes these internal pages has higher Pagerank thank the homepage. This is posible if you have many other website linking to it. So to have high Pagerank, use Dofollow, so that it attract people to post comment on your blog. The higher the Pagerank, the more people are eager to post comment, because the comment is linking to their website.
