If you are in the affiliate marketing business, then you know that email marketing is very crusial. One of the important thing from email marketing is your email subject. Your email subject must attract the people who is reading it. Without it, your email will not be read. People will just delete it or flag them as spam. You need to get people to open your email and read it. One of the numerous ways you can use to persuade your subscriber is by providing a well written subject. Here are some tips:
- Your subject must be short and provide a summary for the content of the e-mail so that the recipient knows the basic of the content. You want your subject to instantly grab the attention of your subscriber.
- Make your subject always bring curiosity of your recipient. It must literally force the recipient to open the mail. Acertain emotion must be ignited for them to open the mail. You can provide a subject that says your e-mail contains some tips or tutorial, something which is usefull for them. An example of this is using keywords like “How to”, “tips”, “Guides on”.
- Put your subject in a question form. By asking them, you are reaching their emotions, and bringing them to read the message.
- You can also use a subject that commands your reader, like “Act now”, or “Double your earning now”.
- Use breaking news as your subject to intrigue your subscriber. For example, “Host stock found, current profit 40%”.

'glad I can be helpful :)
Conveying a sense of urgency can work very well for some campaigns as well, great tips.
I think there are some great tips in this article. The only one I would question are the ones mentioning some kind of breaking news. When I see something like that I get the feeling someone is trying to get me to open something when I probably shouldn’t. The other tips seem legit though.
Any feedback from you?
