You might seen blank adsense ads. There are a couple of reasons for this.
First, you may be displaying too many ad blocks. The limit is 3 content ads and 1 link unit ad. If you are displaying too many ads while there are only little contextual advertisers, you might end up with blank adsense ads.
Second, there might be no advertisers for the keywords in your page’s content. Either you get them PSAs (Public Service Ads) or a blank ad block.
There are no solution, if there are not enough contextual advertisers. You can try changing the website topic, so that it can match contextual advertisers.

It’s also possible that there are no advertisers for the keywords in your page’s content. Either you get them PSAs (Public Service Ads) or a blank ad block. To remedy this, you could use alternative ads in place of the blank spots.
Carla, Indeed - Better yet, use AdSense content bracketing to laser-target the content for AdSense...
What is Adsense content bracketing, I’ve never heard about that, I’m missing something?
Robert, It's blocking a portion of your website content with a certain tag to "persuade" Adsense bot to display more relevant ads.
To avoid the problem of there being no advertisers, it helps to do a little keyword research before writing your post. Even if you are displaying ads, if they’re not well targetted (by basic SEO techniques) you’re not going to make much in clicks.
Agreed - Perhaps a bit more keyword density help? ;)
