As I was reading this article, I began thinking about the millions of business who share offices and the services such as receptionist, administrative clerks and other staff that ensure your office runs smoothly. This allows the proprietor to focus on his or her business in content. This VPS is similar. I would imagine that the VPS would be an excellent service when a small business is establishing itself and he or she does not want to take unnecessary risks in relation to expenses associated with dedicated services. Again, for me, the intellectual value that VPS provides especially in the early period of establishing a business, is immeasurable. Yes, the cost of dedicated servers may have reduced, however the maintainence and monitoring still requires devotion and time, something that is a premium when first building your business.

VPS is a great solution indeed but a dedicated is better in the long haul especially with dedicated hitting the low $50 per month mark nowadays. Cheap VPS servers not working after a while nothing

A friend of mine uses VPS to hos his websites, and he swears by it! I suppose, one of the main benefits for VPS over dedicated hosting, is the fact that VPS hosting is cheaper than traditional dedicated hosting.

I have to agree, a VPS is an ideal solution once you get too big for a shared server option. I’m definitely planning on switching over to one of those in the next year or so.

I’m glad that you put that information about protecting from hackers through VPS by using security features because it is so important to protect your database that has sensitive user information. I have had a lot of problems in the past with data security leakage, so that is always something that I look out for.
