I have been trying to focus on which keywords that I'm using for Adsense because different keywords have better payout. Section Targeting is so relevant, so thanks for bringing that up.

Robert,

I've tested this and it does bring changes to some of my sites, but not on my others - It is said that the bot could take months to learn the tagged content on your site.

It's the first time when I heard about these tags. I'm curious to try this and see if something will change, my ads are not so relevant how I wish.

Andy,

I haven't tried this, yet, but now we can integrate Google Analytic with AdSense for tracking purpose... Maybe this can remedy some pain :)

The best way is probably to target certain set of keywords by tagging a block of content with AdSense tags on this article.

One problem is inappropriate ads. You don't want spammy junk advertised on your site. Google's standards probably aren't as high as yours. You can filter out 200 URLs, but in some industries that won't be enough.

The stats Google supplies are inadequate. They're easy to understand at a glance. However, they don't tell you exactly which ads people are clicking on, or which keywords are involved. That's frustrating.

Along with this one can filter keywords from adsense account as well. One can check which keywords/ads are getting maximum clicks and which are poor revenue generator and one can remove poor performing keywords.
